When you send an enquiry, use the site chat, receive a quotation or hold a customer account, we store the details you provide — your name, contact details, vehicle information, messages and quotation or order history. Website enquiries also record a network address for abuse prevention.
What we use it for
Answering your enquiry, confirming fitment, preparing quotations, fulfilling orders and keeping an accurate service history for your vehicle. We do not sell your information, and marketing contact happens only if you have opted in.
Where it lives
Records are held in the studio's own systems with role-based staff access and audit logging. Quotation links and account logins use securely hashed tokens. Payment card processing is not performed on this website.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your contact records at any time via an enquiry or the site chat. Records tied to completed transactions may be retained where bookkeeping requires it.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of first-party cookies only: a chat session cookie so your conversation continues across pages, a login session cookie for customer accounts and the staff admin area, and standard security cookies. There are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
