1. Who these terms cover

2. Catalogue content and concept imagery

Product and design imagery on this site is AI-generated concept visualisation unless expressly labelled otherwise. Concept images show a design direction; they are not supplier product photographs, not photographs of completed customer vehicles, and not a representation that a specific boxed kit is identical to the render.

Completed customer vehicles appear only in the Projects section, with real photography, after the owner's consent.

Vehicle names, model codes and manufacturer marks are used to identify compatibility only. BORNEO VISION is independent and not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any vehicle manufacturer.

3. Quotations

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a stated price. All work and parts are sold by written quotation prepared for your specific vehicle after fitment assessment.

A quotation lists its items, quantities, prices, total, any deposit required and a validity date. It may be accepted, queried or declined through the secure link provided; it lapses automatically after its validity date.

Accepting a quotation confirms the scope and prices. Acceptance itself is not a payment.

4. Orders, deposits and payment

An order is created when you accept a quotation. Where a deposit is stated, the order is confirmed once the deposit is received, and sourcing or work begins after confirmation.

Payment methods and instructions are provided after acceptance. Amounts are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the quotation says otherwise.

Deposits, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Deposit Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Fitment, supply and timing

Parts availability, exact components, materials, finish and lead times are confirmed at quotation and may depend on suppliers and shipping. Stated lead times are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees, and we will keep you informed of material changes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle details you provide. Where fitment depends on details we could not verify, the quotation will say so.

6. Vehicles left with the studio

Vehicles in the studio's care are handled with professional diligence. You should maintain your own insurance on the vehicle; agreed handover condition, timing and any additional care terms are recorded per job. Detailed liability terms: [to be confirmed with legal review].

7. Website use

You may browse and share links to this site freely. Site imagery and text may not be copied, scraped or republished for commercial purposes without written permission.

The site chat and enquiry channels may not be used for unlawful, abusive or automated-spam purposes; we may restrict access for abuse.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.
