How a build actually runs

Five steps, no surprises. Nothing is payable until you accept a written quotation, and only real completed work ever reaches our Projects gallery.

1. 01

   Enquiry

   Start from any package page, the enquiry form or the site chat. The more we know about your vehicle — make, model, year, variant, photos — the faster everything after this step becomes. Every enquiry gets a reference number and is handled personally by the team.

   Your part: Vehicle details, photos, and the look or package you're interested in.

2. 02

   Assessment

   The team checks your chassis, production date, grade and options against the design you want — including sensors, steps and exhaust compatibility. If something doesn't fit or doesn't suit the vehicle, we say so and propose the honest alternative.

   Your part: Answer a few confirmation questions; a registration card photo helps.

3. 03

   Written Quotation

   You receive a secure quotation link. It lists each item with quantity and price, the total, the deposit required and the validity date, plus any notes that matter. You can accept, request changes or decline — all from the same page, with no obligation until you accept.

   Your part: Review the scope and amounts; ask for any changes you need.

4. 04

   Deposit & Order

   On acceptance an order is created and payment instructions for the stated deposit are shown. Once the deposit is received your order is confirmed and sourcing begins. Payments are recorded transparently and your remaining balance is always visible.

   Your part: Pay the stated deposit and send us the payment reference.

5. 05

   Build & Handover

   Arrival, inspection, paint and installation are scheduled in the studio, and you're kept informed at each status change. At handover you see exactly what was done, checked against the agreed scope — and only real, completed work ever appears in our Projects gallery.
